Milton Resnik studied at the Hebrew Technical Institute, New York, Pratt Institute, and the American Artist's School. His paintings are in public collections such as the Museum of Modern Art; the Whitney Museum of American Art; the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC; the Cleveland Museum of Art; the National Museum of American Art, Washington, DC. Among his teaching appointments have been New York University; the University of Wisconsin, Madison; the University of Iowa, Iowa City; Syracuse University, NY; Barnard College, NYC; Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, Maine; and San Jose‚ State University, California.
