Label TextThis winter landscape of the snowy banks of a frozen river is representative of Redfield's best known works, although the scene is considerably smaller than his favorite 50 x 56 inch canvas. The bridge in the middle distance is probably the Center Bridge which gave the village where Redfield lived in Bucks County, Pennsylvainia, its name.
