George Nick (b. 1927, New York) studied at Cleveland Institute of Art, Ohio; Brooklyn Museum of Art School, New York; Art Students League, New York; and received his BFA and MFA from Yale University. He has taught at Garland Junior College, Carnegie Institute of Technology, Maryland Institute of Fine Art, University of Pennsylvania, Massachusetts College of Art, and Hollins University.
