Label TextNoble's striking likeness is surprisingly dramatic with his head turned sharply over his left shoulder. His gaze is noticeably direct, despite his darkened eyes, a contrast to the intense light which falls on his forehead. The face is framed by wild black hair, convincing in its textured softness. At the lower left is the indication of a palette or canvas edge.
