William Allan is an American painter, born in Everrett, Washington in 1936. He is known for his contemporary works which can be found as part of the permanent collections of various US and overseas museums and galleries. These include the MoMA, the Whitney, and the Musee National d'Art Moderne, Centre Pompidou in Paris.
