Label TextWilliams was highly active as an illustrator. He worked on assignment for many magazines, including the Century Illustrated Monthly Magazine, Ladies Home Journal and Woman’s Home Companion. He showed regularly at the American Watercolor Society, where he received the Zabriskie Prize in 1927 and the William Church Osborn Prize in 1946.
