Joseph P. PolliaANA 19531893 - 1954

Pollia studied at Boston's Museum of Fine Arts School. He created monuments for the cities of Santiago, Cuba; Greenfield, Massachusetts; Glencove, Long Island; Tarrytown, New York; Storm Lake, Iowa; and Milford, Connecticut. His equestrian bronze of Lt. General Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson (1940) stands at Manassas National Battlefiefd Park in Virginia. He was a member of the National Sculpture Society and the Architectural League of New York.
