In the 1930s Facci studied in New York at the Roerich Academy of Arts under Pietro Montana, and at the Art Students League under William Zorach. Among his commissions were a bronze Saint Rita, 1966, for Saint Rita's Church, Long Island City, New York; figures for the facade of St. Thomas' Church, New York City, 1971; a bust portrait of Pablo Casals, 1978, for New York Public School No. 81; bronze doors for St. Peter's Cathedral, Philadelphia, 1978; and a bust of Bob Hope, 1986.
He taught at Florida Southern College, in the extension program of City College of New York, and privately. He was a member of the National Sculpture Society, and of the Audubon Artists of which he served as president 1966 to 1977, and 1982 to 1984. Facci received the Academy's Proctor Prize in the annual exhibition of 1977.
