Don Stone

Don Stone studied at the Vesper George School of Art, Boston, MA. Among his honors were: Watercolor Award, Rockport Art Association, MA; two awards, the Academic Artists; the American Watercolor Society; two Salmagundi Club; the National Arts Club; and from the NAD the Albert Dorne Award, the William A. Paton Prize and the Adolph and Clara Obrig Prize. He was active as a watercolorist and as a teacher of watercolor technique.
