Label TextRehn's initial diploma portrait was rejected by the Council on May 8, 1899 on the grounds that it was too small and not a fitting representation. The present portrait was accepted a year later. Ironically, it was ultimately cut down to a smaller size in the twentieth century, when it lost its signature and date.
